General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)
These GTC govern all commercial relations between Kléap Technologies SA (hereinafter referred to as "the Workshop") and its clients. Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC.
Our quotes are free and non-binding, valid for 60 days from their issue. An order becomes firm upon receipt of a down payment (30% of the total amount including VAT).
Pricing and Payment Terms
Prices are in CHF, excluding VAT (VAT 8.1% or 2.6% depending on the case). Payment terms are: 30% upon order, 50% at the start of manufacturing, and 20% upon installation. For professionals, payment is due 30 days end of month.
Delivery Times and Guarantees
Delivery times are indicative and depend on the workshop's workload. In case of a delay attributable to the Workshop exceeding 15 working days, a penalty of 5% of the total amount including VAT will be applied.
We offer a 2-year legal warranty (Swiss Code of Obligations). An extended warranty for Metal Construction Vaud includes 10 years on steel integrity (perforating corrosion) and 5 years on powder-coated finishes (peeling, chalking).
Legal Framework and Claims
This contract is subject to Swiss law. The legal venue is Lausanne (Canton of Vaud).
Any claim must be submitted in writing to hello@kleap.co within 8 days following installation. After this period, the installation is deemed accepted.
